By installing and using the Noorani Qaida app you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use of the app. You may not distribute, sell, decompile, or integrate the app into your own product without our written consent.
Audio recordings, illustrations, icons, lessons, and tajweed annotations are the copyrighted work of the Noorani Qaida team and our collaborators (including the hafiz whose voice is used). The sacred Quranic text is public domain. Any downloading, recording, or reproduction of audio content outside the app requires our permission.

The app is provided as is. We strive for accuracy and pedagogical correctness, but we don't guarantee it is error-free. For certification in qira'at or ijazah you need a living mentor — the app is not a substitute for a mu'allim.
Our liability is limited to the price you paid for the app (currently: nothing, since it's free).
The app is currently free with all lessons open. The plan is to switch to a one-time family license (~30 BAM) later. Existing users receive lifetime grandfathered access to everything they already use.
If the terms change, we'll publish them on this page with a new date. Continued use of the app after a change means acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are interpreted under the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Disputes are resolved before the competent court in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
